Over the years, I've loved exploring the power of the breath and movement, and the benefits that both bring. The benefits extend way beyond the mat and help me massively as I navigate / wing it as a mum of two kids and in my job. Yoga is a key part of looking after my physical health as well as my mental health.
My passion for yoga and wellbeing lead to training as a teacher. I loving leading practices that enable you to turn down the noise from the outside world, in order to find some peace and space in your body and mind. I enjoy teaching wind down flows to the more dynamic, adapting practices to suit student’s needs. I can’t wait to share the benefits of yoga and believe it really is for anybody.
You can expect a warm and friendly welcome as you step into my classes. I like to see myself as a guide for your practice. A guide with a Yorkshire twang, who sometimes confuses her left and right. We breathe, let go, soften and build strength as I guide you through the practice. Guiding us back home.
